You will need to have your own supplies that can be purchased at the time of class or let me know ahead of time which drawing medium you want to work in and I can put together a package for you (for the cost of the supplies).

For colored pencil,  You can refer to my supply list here.

For working graphite, use this supply list.

This class is great for beginners who want to learn how to draw and learn techniques that will help you gain this new skill.

Advanced artists will also be able to learn how to get outside of their comfort zone and be pushed to develop further than they have in the past.

My goal is to give you the knowledge to eliminate anxiety related to drawing.  If you think you can’t draw a stick figure- that doesn’t matter.  Desire and being teachable DOES matter.   Drawing is a discipline that can help in problem solving, logic and self-expression.  The bonus is you can learn to create wonderful drawings that will be treasured for a lifetime.

The instruction and classroom is meant to be encouraging and fun!  You can bring a project from home that you’ve been working on or start a new project in class.

Unsure where to start?  Just come to class and I’ll have a packet ready for you along with several reference photos to choose from.  We’ll walk through the basics of how to draw from start to finish!

Join the class as often as you like.  Come each week, or only come once a month.  If you sign up in advance for a class and can’t make it for any reason, you won’t lose that money, you can simply apply it to a future class.
